Understanding Our Body's Reaction to Trauma

  • St. Joan of Arc Catholic Community 4537 3rd Ave S. Minneapolis, MN 55419 United States (map)

The physical body holds trauma within it. Understanding one’s own pattern as it reacts to trauma can be liberating, as well as therapeutic. Become familiar with the trauma patterns of Victim, Bully, Bystander or Savior to gain important insights about how to reduce the impacts of trauma on the body.
