Mental Health Connect is a Collaborative of faith communities, working together to:
Connect individuals and families with the services they need.
Improve access to mental health services.
Provide support, resources, and education.
Mental Health Connect is unique in that it reaches people directly through faith communities in local neighborhoods. There are no membership or faith requirements to receive help.
