The Mount Olivet Mental Health Task Force invites you to join us in welcoming Erin Walsh as she discusses the topic, “Status Update: Kids, Technology, and Mental Health.” Erin will use brain science, warmth, and humor to cut through conflicting messages, and walk us through the latest research on mental health as it relates to technology. Learn practical tools and strategies for positive communication, setting boundaries, and being the media mentor that children and teens need to thrive in the digital age. Be prepared to engage thoughtfully in the question, “How do we live well in a world dominated by screens?” A light breakfast will be served.
